When you order a custom gaming PC from SharkGaming, a thorough build process begins. Our technicians carefully assemble, test, and prepare your computer before it is shipped to you.
You can always follow the progress of your order through our Order Status page, where you can see exactly how far your PC is in the production process.
Order Status – Follow Your PC Step by Step
On our Order Status page, you will see different statuses that show where your order is in the process.
Processing
The first status is “Processing.”
This means that your order has been received and is currently waiting in the production queue, but the build has not started yet.
Since we often handle many orders, it may take some time before your order moves to the next status.
Example:
If you ordered a PC with a production time of 3–5 business days, you will usually receive an update after around 3 business days.
The day the order is placed counts as day 0.
Picked
When the status changes to “Picked,” it means that all components for your computer have been collected from the warehouse.
The parts are then delivered to our builders, who begin assembling your PC.
This step ensures that all the correct components are ready for assembly.
Stress Test
Once the computer has been assembled, it moves to the “Stress Test” stage.
During this phase:
• Windows is installed
• All drivers are installed
• The entire system is tested under load
During the stress test, our technicians monitor:
✔ Temperatures
✔ System stability
✔ Hardware performance
If any hardware issue appears during testing, the component is immediately replaced, and the test process starts again.
This ensures your computer is 100% stable before it is shipped.
Completed
When the status becomes “Completed,” it means your PC is ready and has either been shipped or prepared for pickup.
Your computer has now been:
✔ Assembled
✔ Fully tested
✔ Safely packed for transport
Delivery or Pickup
If you chose delivery
When your PC has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your address.
If you chose store pickup
If you selected in-store pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Protection During Transport
To protect your computer during shipping, we place a white foam insert inside the PC case to secure the graphics card and other components during transport.
When you receive your PC, this foam insert must be removed before turning on the computer.
Inside the package, you will also find a small black box with a QR code.
When you scan the QR code with your phone, you will get a guide showing how to:
• Remove the transport protection
• Prepare your PC correctly before use
If the QR code does not work, you can use the direct video link instead.
