At SharkGaming, we understand the importance of staying informed about your order
and knowing when to expect delivery. That’s why we have a convenient Order Status page
on our website where you can easily check the progress of your order. On the Order Status page,
you will find an overview of different statuses that indicate the progress of your order.
Processing:
The first status is "Processing," which means your order is in queue and has not yet been started.
Please note that it may take some time before your order progresses to the next status, as we handle
many orders. For example, if you’ve ordered a PC with a “Production Time of 3-5 business days,” you
will typically receive this email 3 business days after placing your order, with the day the order is
placed counting as day 0.
Picked:
When your order moves forward, you will see the status "Picked," meaning the items have been
taken from the shelves and delivered to our builders, who will assemble your computer.
This is an important part of the process to ensure that the components are ready for assembly and testing.
Stress Test:
After the computer is assembled, it undergoes the "Stress Test" phase. Here, Windows is installed,
and all components are thoroughly tested. If any hardware issues arise during testing, it will be
immediately replaced, and the test will restart. This careful process ensures that your computer
is fully functional and ready to be shipped to you.
Completed:
Finally, when your order is finished and ready for shipping, you will see the status "Completed."
This means your order has been shipped from SharkGaming, and you can expect to receive it shortly.
Additional Info:
If you’ve ordered your item for pickup, you will receive a notification once it’s ready,
informing you that it can be collected at our store at Naverland 6, Glostrup, during our opening hours.
If you’ve ordered your item for delivery, you will receive a notification with a tracking link
so you can track the shipment and check when it will arrive. To ensure that your PC arrives safely,
it will be packed with a white foam pad inside to protect the components during transport.
A small black box will also be included in the delivery, which contains a QR code you can
scan with your phone to access a guide on how to remove the PC from the box.
