If you can't get a signal to your screen, you can try these tricks we have gathered for you in this video (Danish):
Trick 1
-
First, check if you have plugged in the HDMI/DisplayPort cable to the graphics card, as you cannot use the motherboard output.
-
If not, plug the HDMI/DisplayPort cable into the graphics card.
-
If yes, do the following:
-
Turn off your PC.
-
Unplug all the cables you have connected to your PC.
-
Turn off the switch that is next to your power cable.
-
Press the switch you normally use to turn on your PC 20-30 times.
-
Then, take off your side panel.
-
Put a finger on each corner of your RAM sticks.
-
Push down slightly.
-
Do the same on your graphics card and graphics card cable.
-
Put the side panel back on.
-
Reconnect the cables and turn on your PC.
Trick 2 (NumLock, NumLK, NMB lock)
Black screen: Does the computer respond when you press the nmb lock key when the screen is black? (Does the light turn on/off when you press NMB lock?)
If yes = the problem is with the graphics card/screen/cable (if there is a vertical mount, it may be that the port to the graphics card is not set to gen 3 in the BIOS settings) If no = Turn off your computer, take out and reinsert the RAM. Then turn off the hard drive, and if it still does not respond to nmblock, you only have CPU/motherboard (in some cases, it may be that the power connector to either the motherboard or CPU is not functioning properly/connected)
