Is it possible to change my order, after I've placed it?
Changing the configuration of a computer:
Unfortunately it's not possible to change in the configuration of a computer, after you have placed the order. If you want to change in the configuration of your computer, then we need to cancel you order and place a new one.

Additions to the order:
If you have additions to an order, where it does not require a change in the existing configuration, then we advice you to place a new order with the product you want. An example of this can be a network cable, USB Adaptor, or something else.
Afterwards it's important that you Contact our Support, where you need to inform us of both your your order numbers, and we will make sure to make a cross reference.
