I would like to have VAT refunded - what do i do?
In connection with an order that needs to be shipped outside the Nordic region, and VAT needs to be refunded, we have provided a small guide below:
- Place an order as usual on the website.
- Choose the country "Denmark" and enter your own address or the address of the recipient.
- Pay the amount as indicated on the website.
- We process the order and dispatch it.
- Subsequently, send an email to our support department providing the following information:
"Order number"
"Account and registration number"
"Image of the VAT stamp" either as an attachment or embedded in the email - This stamp is on your physical order confirmation and indicates the amount you are entitled to be refunded.
