If you have placed an order with SharkGaming, the delivery time depends on several factors, including the shipping method and whether your order contains a gaming PC that needs to be built first.
Below you can see what you can typically expect.
When will my order be shipped?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your package has been dispatched, along with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
The standard delivery time begins from the moment the package has been shipped.
Delivery Time with PostNord and FedEx
Once your package has been shipped from SharkGaming, the normal delivery time is typically:
PostNord Home Delivery
2–4 business days (Sweden)
3–5 business days (Norway)
PostNord Parcel Shop
2–4 business days (Sweden)
3–5 business days (Norway)
FedEx Home Delivery
2–4 business days (Sweden)
3–5 business days (Norway)
The delivery time applies from the time the package has been shipped, not from the moment the order was placed.
You will receive tracking information once the package has been sent, allowing you to follow the delivery through the relevant shipping carrier.
In-Store Pickup
If you selected in-store pickup, your order can be collected at the following address:
SharkGaming Systems A/S
Naverland 6
2600 Glostrup
Denmark
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from us. In some cases, pickup may be available on the same day, as long as it is within the store’s opening hours.
Important to Know
The delivery times listed above do not include the computer’s production time.
If you have ordered a custom gaming PC, it will first be assembled and tested by our technicians before it is shipped. This means the production time may extend the total delivery time.
If Your Package Is Delayed
If your package has not arrived within 1–3 business days after shipment, we recommend first checking the tracking link in your email.
If there are no updates or the package appears delayed, you should contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are responsible for the transportation.
Depending on the delivery method, you can contact:
PostNord
or
FedEx
The shipping carriers can usually provide the fastest update regarding:
- where your package is located
- whether any delays have occurred
- when the delivery is expected
