An amount of money is still reserved on my account - what do I do?

I have cancelled my order, but the money is still reserved - what do I do?  

If you have cancelled an order, then it can be up to 3-4 business days, before the money will be released on your account - sometimes even longer (Up to 30 days) - this depends on your bank and the card.
