My package has been delivered with shipping damage - what do I do?

I have received a package with shipping damage from you - what do I do?

We are of course sorry to hear that you have received a package with shipping damage, and we must have found a solution for this - unfortunately this happens once in a while.

We must initially use documentation of the shipping damage, as we will have to open a case with the supplier. Here it is important that we receive documentation of both damage to the box (outside), packaging (inside) and of the damage to the contents themselves.

 

You must send the pictures to our Support department, who will make sure to help you the rest of the way.
