I wish to cancel my order - what do I do?
If you wish to cancel an order before it is finished, you must contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can stop it before it is completed.
If you have received the item(s) but wish to return the purchase, you must fill out our request RMA form 14 days for norwegian customers (30 days with Shark VIP) or 30 days for swedish customers.
