Complaint and Return case process
All complaints and returns must be submitted through our RMA request portal
After submitting your case:
- Once your complaint case has been submitted, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response or see whether your case has been approved or rejected.
- If additional information or a more detailed error description is required, our support staff may extend the approval period.
When your RMA case is approved
- You will receive an email containing a shipment label for your RMA case.
When we have received your product
- You will receive a standard notification regarding the estimated repair time and any other pertinent information.
- You can track the status of your complaint by logging in via the link provided in the email.
